What this site is

A pre-launch page. It describes services Aevon LLC intends to offer and lets you ask to be told when they become available. That is all it does today.

What it is not

• Not medical advice. Nothing here is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Not a doctor-patient relationship. Joining the waitlist does not create one.
• Not a promise. A place in line is not a reservation or an entitlement. We may open in some states and not others, change what we offer, or never open at all.
• Not for emergencies. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.

Using the site

Give us accurate information and sign up only for yourself. Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the security on the site.

Our content

The Aevon name, logo, text, and design belong to Aevon LLC. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Michigan law governs, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. These terms will be replaced entirely before there is anything to buy.
