Aevon LLC ("Aevon," "we") runs joinaevon.com. Right now the site does one thing: it lets you join a waitlist. This policy is short because what we collect is small.
Three things you type in: your name, your email address, and the state you live in. Plus the ordinary technical details any website receives — your IP address, your browser type, and the time you signed up — which we keep as the record of your consent.
We do not ask for a phone number. We do not ask anything about your health. We do not use advertising trackers, and there is no Google Analytics, Meta pixel, or TikTok pixel on this site.
To tell you when access opens, and to know which states to open in first. Your state is the only reason we ask, and it is the reason your place in line may not be first-come-first-served when we launch.
Only the vendors that make the site work: Cloudflare, which hosts it and screens out bots, and Resend, which delivers our email. They act on our instructions and do not get to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first. If you never confirm your email, we delete the entry after 30 days.
Ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will — whatever state you live in. There is an unsubscribe link in every email we send, and using it also takes you off the list. If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with its own privacy law, those rights are yours by statute and we will not ask you to prove residency to use them.
This site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we still have your email, we will tell you.
