Effective 7 September 2026.
Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370, and Connecticut's health-data amendments require a separate, plainly labelled notice about consumer health data. This is that notice. It is published for everyone, not only residents of those states.
The joinaevon.com waitlist collects your name, your email address, and your state. Nothing else. We do not ask about your health, your conditions, your medications, your body, or any treatment you have had or want. We do not infer any of it, and we do not buy it from anyone.
Aevon intends to offer hormone health, peptide, and weight-management services. Joining a waitlist for a company that plans to offer those services is not, by itself, information about your health, and we do not treat it as a statement about your medical status or record it as one.
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not collect the kind of data that would make a sale possible. Washington's Act requires written authorization before any such sale; we have no basis to ask for one and will not.
The vendors that run the site — Cloudflare for hosting and bot screening, Resend for email — process your signup on our instructions only. No data broker, advertiser, or analytics company receives anything.
You may ask us to confirm what we hold, to give you a copy, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will act within the timelines those statutes set. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our answer, and Washington residents may complain to the Washington Attorney General.
When Aevon begins offering services, we will be collecting health information and this notice will be replaced with one that describes it properly, before any such collection begins.
